Tai chi classes in Doha
Slow, flowing tai chi for adults of any age in Qatar, taught by Sensei Najmal Ibrahim: tai chi and qigong expert, Reiki Level 3 and 6th Dan martial artist.
What is tai chi?
Tai chi (太極拳, tai chi chuan) is a Chinese internal martial art practised as a sequence of slow, continuous movements. It trains the body and mind together: relaxed posture, rooted stance, deep breathing and calm attention.
At Chi Club, tai chi is taught as both a moving meditation and a martial art. You learn the form step by step, with qigong breathing and energy work, so you understand why each movement works and feel the ki (qi) flowing through it.
Our tai chi classes in Qatar suit anyone who wants to move well, breathe better and feel calm and strong at any age.

Do I need to be fit or flexible?
No. You work at your own level. Fitness, balance and flexibility build up naturally with regular practice.
